About Gary Kozick, LCSW

Gary Kozick with a trimmed gray beard looks attentive while wearing a brown corduroy suit jacket over a black shirt.

Gary Kozick Elder Care Solutions, L.L.C. is a geriatric care management service for individuals and families who need support to help older adults to either age-in-place or make the decision to move to a more supportive living environment.

Gary provides in-home consultations to people who reside within the Philadelphia, PA region. Gary also provides long-distance outreach to families who have aging relatives living in the Philadelphia area, or who may be relocating to the region.

While the greater Delaware Valley area has a range of services available to support aging adults, it can sometimes be overwhelming for families to make informed decisions about the type of care or services they might need.

Gary’s commitment to understanding each older adult’s personal needs, his 40+ years of professional experience and work with the elderly and families, all make him uniquely qualified to resolve problems confronting older adults and caregivers. His goal is to support families in identifying the best care options for addressing the older adult’s overall quality of life and well-being.

Gary understands the aging process and its impact upon an older adult and family because of having firsthand experience with his father’s Alzheimer’s disease and end-stage dementia.

Gary’s personal experience and insight came not only from his role as a son living with someone with dementia, but also from being a mental health professional and geriatric care manager. His experience as a health professional was instrumental to ensuring that his father obtained appropriate senior care services for staying at home, and later, transitioning to a senior living community. He will provide the same high level of commitment that he devoted to his father to help you with your circumstances.
