I’m Gary Kozick, and for over 40 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping older adults and their families make the best choices for their loved ones’ health, safety, and well-being.

Whether you’re deciding how to help someone age in place or considering a move to a supportive living community, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to guide you every step of the way.

Why I Do This Work

My commitment to eldercare isn’t just professional—it’s deeply personal. When my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, I experienced firsthand the confusion, stress, and emotional toll that families face.

As both a son and a professional, I learned how crucial it is to have the right support and resources in place. That journey inspired me to provide the same high level of commitment, compassion, and personalized care to every family I serve.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in geriatrics, loss and bereavement, diabetes, depression, anxiety, and stress management. My background blends clinical practice and healthcare administration across settings like home care, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient mental health.

I’ve also worked as a program administrator, health care broker, and patient advocate—always focused on ensuring that every client receives care that’s tailored to their unique needs.

I’m proud to be an active member of the Dementia Society of America and the former Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce which is now Montco Gateway Chamber of Commerce organizations that keep me connected to resources, professional development, and community partnerships that directly benefit the families I serve.
